1. General Market Risk

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can move significantly in short periods. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit, trade, or stake.

2. Leverage & Liquidation Risk

SFEX Futures allows leverage of up to 50x. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A relatively small adverse price movement can result in the total loss of your margin through automatic liquidation. You should never trade with leverage using funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.

3. Auto-Trade Bots

Auto-Trade Bots use fixed leverage (20x) and preset take-profit/stop-loss thresholds. These are automated tools, not investment advice, and do not guarantee profit. Bots may close positions automatically after 24 hours regardless of market conditions.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Review

Crypto deposits and withdrawals on SFEX are manually reviewed before being credited or sent. This introduces processing time and relies on the accuracy of information you submit. Always double-check network selection and wallet addresses — transactions sent on the wrong network may be irrecoverable.

5. No Guarantee of Uptime

Live prices, charts, and automated position monitoring (take-profit, stop-loss, liquidation, and bot expiry) depend on third-party market data providers and the Platform's availability. SFEX does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Regulatory Status

SFEX is an early-stage platform. Licensing and regulatory registration for services such as leveraged derivatives trading vary by jurisdiction and may not yet be complete in all regions. Users are responsible for determining whether use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
